Returns and Exchanges

If an item arrives damaged, let me know immediately, and we will get it taken care of. Pictures would be helpful.

If an item fails to arrive (all orders are shipped with tracking). Let me know immediately, we will get it taken care of.

To return an item you have changed your mind about, I must be notified within 14 days of you receiving your purchase (when tracking says it was delivered). The item must be returned to me in the same condition it was sent within 21 days of you receiving it. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If these conditions are met, the buyer will receive a full refund.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of any loss in value if the item isn't returned in its original condition.


I will accept order cancellations as long as they reach me before the item has shipped. Once it has shipped I can no longer stop it.

Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs. All orders are shipped from Michigan, USA.


Once your info and data is given to me, it is private. I will share it with no one. Period. That said, you must look to PayHip, Mailerlite, PayPal, and Stripe privacy policies. They have all assured me they are compliant with GDPR and other privacy regulations.

We use MailerLite to manage our email marketing subscriber list and to send emails to our subscribers. MailerLite is a third-party provider, which may process your data using industry-standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our newsletter.

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight for all items under $35 and for destinations outside of the US. For items or orders that are over $35 shipping is free to the continental United States.
