Kuwait Ship Coin Sterling Silver Necklace, Nautical theme, lamp-worked glass beads, in ivory, blue and teal

Kuwait ship coin and lamp-worked glass bead necklace. Ideal gift for a woman who is a little adventurous. Gentle swirls of teal, blue, ivory, and "reactive" metallic glass in six handmade lamp-worked beads, accompanied by a sailing ship coin from Kuwait as the focal point of this necklace from my "Adventurous" series. Called "Sail Away" because it reminds me to think a little more adventurously and to be brave. Would even be a great divorce gift to remind them of a new start! When the mix of gas and oxygen is altered in the flame of my torch "reactive" glass literally reacts with the chemical makeup of the ivory glass to create swirls of "moody ocean" colors and metallic shine. True alchemy! The genuine Kuwait ship coin is a silver color of unknown material, sourced from my mom's travels in the 80's and 90's. The Sterling Silver chain, glass beads, and crystals provide a subtle touch of shine as they catch the light. Elegant or casual, with jeans or a silk dress.

The lamp-worked glass beads were formed in a torch and annealed in a professional programmable kiln by me, in my home studio of hand-made artisan glass. Great care is taken to produce jewelry that will endure and wear well. As an avid jewelry wearer myself, I won’t sell something that I wouldn’t love to wear too!

Packaging

Your necklace set will be packaged in a cello bag (compostable and bio-degradable) and then in a recycled paper box, with (branded) stickers and tied with a ribbon. Suitable for gifting.

Donations - Save Our Oceans!

 3% of your entire purchase price for each item will be donated to saving our oceans and ocean cleanup. This is a cause very dear to my heart (Dad was a sea captain and I grew up by the Pacific Ocean). It is also an effort that will benefit the whole planet and all of its people.

Returns & Cancellations

To return an item you have changed your mind about, I must be notified within 14 days of you receiving your purchase (when tracking says it was delivered). The item must be returned to me in the same condition it was sent within 21 days of you receiving it. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If these conditions are met, the buyer will receive a full refund.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of any loss in value if the item isn't returned in its original condition.

If an item arrives damaged, let me know immediately, and we will get it taken care of. Pictures will be required.

If an item fails to arrive (all orders are shipped with tracking). Let me know immediately, we will get it taken care of.

I will accept order cancellations as long as they reach me before the item has shipped. Once it has shipped I can no longer stop it.
